This Love's shop is a joke. Don't bother stopping here for any work needed on your truck or trailer. They don't have enough technicians to work on anything. There's a dsy time mechanic that's always in a bad mood. He really needs anger management training. Once I checked in to replace my drive rim bracket. & the service guy told me to check with someone in the shop. That's when I first encountered the frustrated mechanic. He told me thst he was going on break, so I told him it's okay I'll get someone else. He got his tools & walked with him & I noticed that he was "bitching" about it. He even commented to me that. " it seems every truck driver wants free service" I told him that I would pay. He eventually removed the tire bracket & replaced it with the one I got from the Freightliner dealership. Second trip was when I checked in for bald trailer tire, & was told that it would be about 7 hour wait, that's when I commented, " why don't the shop have enough techs to assist all these drivers, & he told me that's Love's for you. Apparently the general manager doesn't seem to care how these employees don't give a damn about the paying customers.

I showed up for a tire repair. Was 4th in a waiting list. Tire guy was fast. Seen me in a quicker time than was told to me and they saved my parking so I didn't have to go scrounging around town to reset after the repair. Great service and courteous crew. They definitely earned the 5 stars

Loves is the best. My only complaint with this one is there’s no laundry facilities.

Would give a zero for this location if it were an option. Have been here for 7 hours for a trailer tire. I have watched the techs sit around and do nothing for an hour and a half. Just asked if a driver showed up right now how long would be their wait. Was told sometime tomorrow. They have 2 techs o duty and the decide to take lunch at the same time even after the manager on duty said not to because the have 6 trucks waiting to be worked on. And they don't do mechanical after 10pm this place is a joke!!!

Wait for two days and still waiting finally called to towing company,The worst experience ever! Not recommended specially for foreign professional drivers!!! Be safe everyone.
